"Kiana is a great representation of the company. Her customer service is commendable and her attention to detail is unmatched. I am happy I was able to sit down and talk about all of the products available. She was able to break it down into appetizer size bites so that I didn’t feel overwhelmed. "Be careful!! 🔴🔴🔴 I had a terrible experience at Nora’s State Farm office. I clearly asked for the lowest price with only the minimum required auto coverage and to remove any unnecessary add-ons. Instead, she added roadside assistance even after I said No, she said okay then don’t call me when you have road issue! I confirmed I don’t want it!! But ended up adding it!! , and she also added an injury policy I didn’t request, even though I told her I already have health insurance. When I noticed and called, she was mad and defensive, and she promised a refund that I still have not received. On top of that, she later raised my policy price significantly without any valid reason!!. This felt dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Be careful dealing with this office. Double-check everything, because my experience felt like I was being taken advantage of rather than helped."
